As a family photographer & mother myself, I believe a family session is where all the magic is.
My family sessions include capturing motherhoods many moments, fatherhood silliness and toddler laughter! It’s easy to make adults smile, but not always an easy task to make kids laugh & smile. I am known for always drawing out those little smiles and laughs from the kids! You just relax & let me do the rest of the magic! I ask all the questions so I get to know you and your family before ever meeting you!

The Process:
I’m all about you! These are your images that will be on the walls of your home, the desk of your job & more! Once you’re booked, I will send you the dresses from my client closet that I have in your size for you to review. If you’d like to borrow one for your session, then that’s one less outfit to buy and one less step for you!
Next: choosing what to wear for the rest of your family. Put your trust in me, let me take part of the stress of family photos away. I have lots of knowledge and insights on layers, textures, what would match best and where to shop. I might even have something for your kids in the client closet! I also create a custom color palette for every family. We work on this together. I’m here to help!
Okay! You’re booked, we’ve found the perfect outfits for you and now it’s your session day! Don’t stress, you don’t need to worry about poses or what to do. I will make you laugh, and I might make your kids get a little exercise while we’re there too! Please remember this: the perfect photo is not always the one where everyone is looking or smiling right at the camera – your photos are going to be SO much more than that, you’ll probably end up loving every single one. We want your kids’ personalities to shine and for you to beam with love and happiness.
Between our initial inquiry details and my questionnaire, I know everything you’re looking for and I can capture what you value most, whether it be your kids playing together or your entire families love for each other! All you need to do is show up on time and well-rested with full bellies!
PRO-TIP: Seriously. Make sure your littles are rested and have full bellies – it makes a ton of difference!
