Why Fit4Mom?

If you’ve landed here, it’s probably because you’re ready to exercise, feel good and get fit but maybe you’re nervous to do it alone, you’re not sure where to start and maybe you need something you could bring your kids with you to. Well, you’re in the right place! Fit4Mom is a great community of moms who exercise together and support each other through fitness and motherhood!

  • Fit Baby
    • 6-week prenatal program. Includes workouts to help build mental and physical endurance, strengthening and preparing your body for birth. This includes weekly private group workouts and community support. You also are encouraged to do a weekly journal to document this pregnancy journey.
  • Stroller Strides
    • 60-minute total-body workout. This involves strength, cardio, and core training. Can bring a stroller!
  • Body Well
    • 8-week mom-only program. This includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges. This program is customizable and allows you to set your own goals, habits while improving your physical, mental and emotional aspect and work with a coach.
  • Stroller Barre
    • 60-minute stroller workout. This exercise will improve posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body. 
  • Strides 360
    • Increase your endurance and speed. Come with or without a stroller.
  • Body Ignite
    • Mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. These workouts are meant to increase your metabolism, athleticism plus your ability to lift, lunge, and push.
  • Body Boost
    • 60-minute challenging mom-only workout. These workouts combine cardio, strength, core training, and meditation.
  • Run Club+
    • 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs.
  • Mamawell
    • This is a 42 week on line program for prenatal and postpartum fitness and nutrition. This course teaches you how to prepare for birth and beyond through teaching you how to move, what to eat and how to prepare.
