Class topics include getting off to a good start, how baby establishes your milk supply, positioning, latching, pumping and storing, returning to work and more.

Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator Angel Coleman provides natural childbirth classes, Lamaze classes, breastfeeding classes and postpartum & newborn classes. These classes are smaller, natural minded birth classes with Fruit of The Womb Prenatal Services.
Lamaze childbirth Class:
This class assists women in feeling confident and well-informed about what to expect during childbirth. No matter what birth you are planning, whether it be natural or cesarean, Angel wants you to feel ready to take on your birth journey and feel prepared through breathing techniques, conquering your fears and more! Virtual, private 1-1 or in person.
Prenatal Health Class:
Angel’s prenatal class is built to help you own your birth. This class helps you learn how to stay healthy during pregnancy, how to feel confident picking the right hospital, coping skills and beyond. This class is offered as a self-paced online course.
Breastfeeding Classes:
This class is built to help you feel confident in your breastfeeding abilities and includes a worksheet and resources.
This class covers newborn care and infant development. Together you will cover going back to work, what baby items you need, safety, baby behavior and more.
Mama Bird is a Certified Breastfeeding Educator BEC(BAI), Certified Birth Doula CD(BWI) and Certified Kangaroula Doula in Kangaroo Mother Care (BWI). In addition, she has been teaching classes on physiological birth, breastfeeding and mother infant care for over 6 years. All classes are based on biological needs plus expectations of babies and mothers. These are based on the most up-to-date and evidenced based research, not based on hospital protocol.
Prenatal Breastfeeding & 4th Trimester Class:
Join Madison for an evening full of learning what your baby expects, how your body works to nourish your baby and care for your newborn. These are small group classes with an open discussion for expecting families. Topics include responding to your baby’s needs, how your body makes and maintains milk, latch and positioning, maximizing rest and more.
Private Breastfeeding Classes:
The transition into motherhood is an amazing experience in a women’s life. This class will educate your mind, body and heart. You will learn what your baby will expect of you once they’re born, how your body works to nourish them. You will physically go through the motions of caring for your newborn and leave this class with more confidence within motherhood for mother and their partner.
This class will cover responding to your baby’s needs, hunger cues, learning how your body makes and maintains milk, latch and positioning, weight gain, diaper output and more.
Hand Expression Class:
This is a private 1 on 1 session with Mama Bird Hendry. Within this class she will demonstrate hand expression, teach you techniques and relaxation tools, milk storage and applying hand expression to daily life.
Hand Expression benefits:
BIRTHFIT has been creating safe, effective strength and conditioning training classes for pregnancy, postpartum and pre-conception since 2013. The prenatal classes are broken up into 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd trimester.
Prenatal Classes:
BIRTHFIT Basics:
Focuses on range of motion and developmental movements which are meant to be sustainable and efficient for training. These are simple poses and movements that we can use to embrace a conversation with our body physically. These movements give you an opportunity to align your mind-body connection and allow you to be present in the moment. You will also work on breathwork and have a goal to build up to walking three miles.
This class focuses on the basics of walking and training without equipment and is ideal for any trimester you’re in. This class is five weeks, five days a week and also comes with a mindset training.
Prenatal Training:
This is a full-term program to assist you in gaining awareness and connection with your own body while simultaneously training yourself for the birth you deserve.
This is a virtual strength and conditioning program for 4 days a week plus one recovery day and is ideal for any levels and fitness backgrounds. Each day gives you core and pelvic floor prehab, strength, conditioning, movements and poses to get you and your body ready for birth. All you will need for this class is a pair of dumbbells, kettlebells and two super bands.
Birth Prep Course (Small Group Virtual Coaching):
Combining multiple birth professionals‘ experiences, the birth prep course was created. It is straight to the point and allows you to dive deep into self-discovery and birth preferences. This is a virtual small group class that meets for four weeks one time a week.
Some topics this class covers:
