The Experience
Sacred Hour is a unique and luxorious experience. They specialize in intimate wellness and beauty. They boast of experiences that “foster connection, indulgence, and exploration” and indulge your mind, body, and spirit.
Tribú Lounge
The lounge is the perfect space to unwind and located just ten steps from the Lakewood spa and open 6 days a week with no reservation required. You can stop in between spa services, just because or host an event. Stop in and enjoy something sparkly or shaken and take some time to reconnect with yourself or others.
Bodywork
At Sacred Hour, yoga studios blend knowledge of plus spiritual wellness. Loaded with an A-List team, they will be your professional guides through meditation and movement which are specifically designed to bring you closer to your essential self.

The Hammam: Korean Scrub & Steam Room
The skin is the largest organ and is filled with passion and purpose. This steam room scrub, which is inspired by jimjibang (also known as Korean bathhouse), is performed in an all-black suite which creates a luxurious environment for your head-to-toe scrub. This scrub is for full-body exfoliation and toxin release and lasts for one hour. You’ll be nude for the experience and can enjoy it next to your partner or friends. Within the luxurious walls of Sacred Hour, the promotion of body positivity is strong. They invite you to have zero inhibitions about nudity and simultaneously respect Asian and European bathhouse culture. Allow yourself to be comfortable in your own skin.
In addition to the all-black walls, the centerpiece of the Hammam is a large slab of custom-made quartz which is large enough for two side-by-side Korean Scrubs. This suite can fit up to 10 people.
The Hammam Process
First, you will enjoy a warm rain shower to rinse off. Next, your body is prepared with hot was as steam rolls over your entire body. Third, they vigorously scrub away dead skin cells with traditional scrub mitts. Lastly, you’ll receive a soap cleanse to remove impurities.
The Steam Room
This is an hour long private session meant to melt away stress. This can be alone or as a couple.

Some Rules
You can wear swimwear or be fully nude in the Steam and Scrub Suite
You must wear robes and sandals in the common areas
No outside shoes are permitted inside the Steam Room area and must be kept in the locker room/vanity area
